Week 3 Information

Since we will be out Monday we will not have a meeting next week. I will be giving H1N1 immunizations Tuesday morning at Carolina Springs Elementary School and Kathy will be here by herself. So we will be here for weigh-ins Tuesday afternoon from 2-4pm or Wednesday morning.

I will have new food and activity logs in the staff lounge for you to pick up. I found this amazing poem and am attaching it for you to print out. I had a copy at work and on my refrigerator when I did this before. I still have my home copy posted!!

After all weights are completed, I will email the group totals. If you are doing any traveling this weekend, plan ahead. Pull your restaurants off the list to keep handy in your car. If you are watching football playoffs, find a low fat dip and take a veggie tray. Get out and walk, shoot hoops, follow through on your activity goals!!

First meeting January 4, 2010

This was the first weigh-in day for all participants. Everyone should weigh on the health room scales every Monday whenever it is convenient. Group meetings are held Monday afternoons in room 115 beginning at 3:30 pm until 4:00 pm. Bring any low cal recipes and weight loss tips to the meetings or post them here!!
