First meeting January 4, 2010
This was the first weigh-in day for all participants. Everyone should weigh on the health room scales every Monday whenever it is convenient. Group meetings are held Monday afternoons in room 115 beginning at 3:30 pm until 4:00 pm. Bring any low cal recipes and weight loss tips to the meetings or post them here!!

Don't know where my other post went! I'm so glad we are doing this. I need the accountability and the sharing.
ReplyDeleteIt was a wake up call for me to see the scales, and know I weigh more now than I ever have. If we could just find a cure for emotional eating!
ReplyDeleteThanks for doing the blog Melinda. Anybody walking after school?
ReplyDeleteWanted to share one of my favorite 2 point breakfasts....Nutrigrain Low Fat waffle, topped with one cup of sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup Lite Cool Whip. Delicious and filling!
ReplyDeleteI NEED recipes with points, the whole point thing is new to me, so thanks Kathy.
ReplyDeleteAnother great breakfast is a WW English muffin with 1 Tbs. of WHIPPED peanut butter (Peter Pan) and it's 3 points!! I seldom use 2 TBS ot more . After the toaster, the pb melts and you don't need much.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I gained 1 1/2 pounds. That's not what is supposed to happen!
ReplyDeleteOkay, Amy B. encouraged me to join, sooo I weighed in today. I'm going to need HELP staying motivated.
ReplyDeleteNext week we will not have a meeting. Additionally Tuesday morning I will be out doing round 2 of H1N1 immunizations for elementary students. I will be able to weigh you Tuesday afternoon from 2-4. If you do not want an afternoon weight, I will be here Wednesday morning at 7:30 as usual.
ReplyDeletePatty has mentioned this site often, but I really am enjoying it, especially the daily emails - Hungrygirl.com
ReplyDeleteI also really like the fruit crisps from Fig Newton. They're 2 points and a nice light snack. I just have to keep motivated over the long weekend. Keep moving everyone!
